Customer Service Complaint via Prestashop and Amazon Marketplace Author

I would like to show you all how is the customer being treated when you are buying Amazon Marketplace module.

Our shop is in 1.5.6.3, installed 3.9.166 module. We wanted to update this module to newest version 4.xx.

 

Update has been bought and then the whole circus started. Module hasn't been working properly so we decided to write a message to the author itself. First there was only one specialist which I think didn't understand the problem entirely. After a week the new specialist took the case and still helped us at all. After 2 weeks another specialist came along – asking for data which we gave at the start!!! Would it be hard to look and read the tread from the beginning?

 

After several of attempts and months clearing the problem – final effect came to 0.

We are talking here about working online shop - daily imports were like dozen from Amazon.

It was treaten like a lab rabbit from the authors side.

That was it – we ask for a refund and got back to the working version 3.9.166.

Author odeclined - because there is a paid support from your side so someday this problem will be fixed, so his response was to install another version which they done already.

 

Due to lack of funds from the authors side – we requested refund directly from the Prestashop – they receive the money for our module order. Prestashop hasn't being well giving the anwers like 1 time for 10 days as a miracle for us to happen. They said that only the Author of a module can give a refund. We requested refund – after 3 weeks – nothing happen.

The money has gone from our account – if the module works or not – nobody cares.

 

Giving you my feedback I request for a 100 time for this crap that you sold to us ?

Is it ok to have a bad reputation for 200 Euros?

If this will not give any effect we will take further actions – it's not about those 200 Euros – just for simple dignity.

I thought that communications outside Addons were prohibited, but not for all it seems..

 

I hope the agency reconsider their position and you could get an agreement ;)

Despite we asked you to answer on your ticket, you never did it and it was YOUR willing to ask for a refund instead that help us to find a solution to your issue. 

 

The purpose of a good support service is not to refund but to solve the problems !

 

Please answer to your ticket #18423 and your problem will be solved. If our support is not able to solve your issue you will be refunded.

Normally I do not believe that the customer be an idiot today.

You are not allowed to communicate to customers outside of the Prestashop addons message system.  Why are you using a third party help desk..

End of the discussion, Prestashop and the author has customers in deep, "screw you"
We paid Prestashop and we oppose it for a refund.
