Vali Iacobescu Posted August 5, 2016 Share Posted August 5, 2016 Hello, I have a very annoying problem regarding the back office, which keep asking to confirm password after login successfully. I have multiple role assigned to different people in the BO and this error has been reported just for some of them. This error has happened in multiple places along the BO. Please see the attached screenshot. Our shop is on VPS SSD server and Cloudflare server. Could it be a misconfiguration of the server? The hosting company keep saying that is an ajax error, but as you can see from the screenshot, that is a server error. Please help! Thanks! The product page uses AJAX to make server calls to retrieve and update the information you are seeing. If the AJAX call fails, that means something on the server side failed. You could try to view the servers php error log during the time of the AJAX error, and see if anything stands out to help troubleshoot the problem Based on the screen shot, you would seem to have custom modules installed (visualize your features, all in one rewards are not standard menus).
