Prestashop database or cartproblem

Recommended Posts

Hi

Yesterday when I logged in to my backoffice I couldn't get into customers carts, (Customers and undermenu carts (dont know the english menu words sorry))

Do anyone have a simple solution to this other than reinstalling prestashop? I have to many items in my store to be able to do a quick reinstall.
I have no idea on how to solve this problem and if you got any help, please explain as to someone who dont know much about databases and such.
My database program (if that helps) is phpmyadmin and I use filezilla to upload my files.

My assumption would be that in the ps_cart table one of the references to an address (id_address_invoice or id_address_delivery) contains an address id that is not present in the ps_address table.

So I suggest that you check them - newest first - and if you find an invalid address field you can set it to zero.

Not that difficult to do with phpmyadmin.
