Featured Products are not updating

I have reconfigured the product order on the website. Here it is:

However, on the front page itself, the force gage product is not visible.

I am not sure what to do to add the force gage product to the front page.

I have tried changing the force gage product category, and clearing the cache, but that did not work.

Did you force compile the shop that is turn off cache turn on force compile and then clear cache then load the page.

I will assume that the image is from the Home category in the BO.

I tried doing that, but there is the same result. The featured products thing on the homepage is exactly the same. It does not even change when I change the number of products in its configuration.

You can try manually clearing cache files in the cache folders, there should be one named like homefeatured

There are no cache files with home or featured in them except for one php tpl file which looks like it has nothing to do with anything, and I am afraid to take it away as it is in the compile folder rather than the cache folder. I would appreciate any other suggestions.

Both cach and compile folders can be completely emptied without worry just leave any index.php files you see in the root.

I tried that, deleting everything related to homefeatured in the Cache and compile folders, but when I refresh the page nothing changes. The link is http://lerloytweezers.com/index.php
