Back office problem

I had a problem with the back office

 

when I make changes to back office and then save it, for the first to be changed, but after making changes again, the page will return to the previous changes.

 

for example, when I turn on smart cache css by selecting "yes" and then save it and it works, but when I return it to "no" and save it, the page will still show the "yes"

and so did when I made the combination of products, only succed the first combination, for the second and so on have been no changes on the page, even though when I checked in the front office, all combination products have been made successfully

 

how to handle it ?

that is very strange, make sure you have not got any errors, you can check the log of your server.

or try to enable error displaying temporary by set _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true in /config/defines.inc.php and see if there is any error messages.

I had something similar with a provider. It had something to do with their caching. Often hours later things suddenly became correct again.
