Product information Module from Cleandev doesn´t send email CLOSED ! WHY?

But now I saw that it was closed as "SOLVED".

 

It is not true.

The problem was not solved and I didn´t receive any refund.

And I don´t have any problem with the server. Module had problem confirmed by seller.

Why this topic was closed?

I can not accept this.
