HAIRWEBSHOP
Hello, I've enabled tax for The Netherlands, which is 21% standard rate I've configured Prestashop so that it outputs pricing including tax. (example: € 6,95 inc TAX ) However, the total tax outputs € 0,00 What's going on, and how can I display total tax separately. Thank you in advance! shokinro
that is strange, if everything is configured correctly, then it should be fine. are you using default theme or 3rd party commercial theme? or have you installed 3rd party module that may affect it? HAIRWEBSHOP
No, not at all, we're using the default bootstrap theme without code customisations. As far a I know, I did not install any third party that may affect it other than our payment gateway module. I was thinking that maybe the prices are not being migrated correctly. shokinro
so the catalogue data is migrated from old version or from other system? if that is case, then this could be the reason - the price related data was not migrated/set correctly. you may try to create a complete new product and set the tax manually to see if there is any issue. if that is fine, then you can compare the product data record in database to see what is the difference between good one and bad one. you should be able to find out the cause or some hints.
HAIRWEBSHOP
We migrated from WooCommerce to Prestashop. Will do that and report back to you, thank you.
HAIRWEBSHOP
The problem is solved by adding a tax rule the product. I already did that once, but suddenly it now works perfectly. I recently updated Prestashop, I suspect this might have solved the problem. Is there a way to apply massively apply this rule to all products?Thank you! shokinro
I am glad you find out the the cause of the issue. and find a solution. Is there a way to apply massively apply this rule to all products? You may have to use SQL statement to update the data from database directly. Otherwise you will have to look for 3rd party commercial modules.
