Garym2a Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 When I try to check out with my site it says 'Free shipping' and when I try to finalize it says 'No available carriers'. However I have followed the documentation carefully and it should have a flat rate and a courier listed. Please help as I can't start trading without this help. Teapot Creative Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 Hi Is the product in the cart out of range, i.e to heavy for the carrier or the cart value does not come into the range of the carrier.
