Cumulative Discount When Customer Is In Two Groups?

Hi,

 

How to make cumulative discount for a customer who enjoys two different discounts at the same time due to belonging two different groups? Through group A customer gets 10% discount of all items in the store and through group B customer gets 5% discount of the same items.

 

How to fix so that customer gets discount like this: normal price -10% -5% = price after two discounts.

It is not possible. You can make a module for it, but I would rather suggest to simplify the structure of discounts. It can be confusing.

Yes, you could do it with SOO Prestashop Discount. It's a module to manage Prestashop Discount Rules and generate the voucher / coupon / cart rules automatically. You could use it for your require :

First, create a discount rule for Group A : 10% off

Create the second discount rule for Group B : 5% off.

 

What's next ? It's magic - Just setup to turn on "Allow others" to cumulative the discount.

It depends on the conditions. 

 

If you could make an overlapping condition and give that higher priority it would solve your problem. So in your case that would be a third group that gets 15% discount.
