istari Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 hello, we are running a new store on 1.6.1.4 Prestashop and encounter a few problems. the first problem is the cart rules, not all of them work but some do. The strangest thing is that if i go to the phpmyadmin and copy a working cart rule (so only a new id), they dont work. Does anyone know what to do about this? the other problem is that the order statuses won't update in the backoffice. Any thoughts on that? thank you for helping us out!
