Error: [Prestashop] Fatal Error In Module File :/public_Html/classes/db/dbpdo.php: Allowed

Hi, sometimes mi control panel shows :

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/home/maid/public_html/classes/db/DbPDO.php:

Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 85 bytes)

 

My server provider tells me that i have 1024M of memory_limit, i can see there;

What can i do?

first - try to increase available memory on your hosting account

if it will not help - it will be necessary to debug the shop

According to the above error, you only have around 268mb of memory allocated to run PHP.  Perhaps you have a php.ini or .htaccess entry that has reduced the memory limit in the folder where Prestashop is installed.
