I downloaded the addon Skybank Financial and according to the instructions this should have downloaded into my back office but it did not. It saved to my computer. Furthermore, three days ago I contacted Skybank support per Prestashop advice, three different employees at Skybank opened my email, yet no one even said hello in an attempt to help me.
