Recommended Posts

Hi all, i was auto updated to 1.6.1.1 and now the dashboard - Sales, Cart Value and Net Profit have a 0.00 and then the right value...how can i fix that?

Thanks

I can confirm this same issue - sales records are there and validated, but the dashboard->Sales (sum of revenue) reports 0.00 for any range.

Hi, the problem is just this module:

dashboardtrends 0.8.0

reinstall version 0.7.5 and everything is fine again.

This is how I solved this issue.

May I just ask how you reinstalled 0.7.5 in detail? Presta 1.6.1.1 has meant so much trouble for me so I dont want to create any more right now...

There is a bug opened for this issue: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/NM-622.

As an interim workaround you can do the following:

1) grab the 0.7.5 version of dashtrends.php from github (https://github.com/PrestaShop/dashtrends/tree/12d4a2932c0fca927d3b807e3e91a0678b6316db)

2) From your shop root go to the directory /modules/dashtrends

3) Copy the existing file in this directory called dashtrends.php to dashtrends.php.bak (just so you have a backup in case you want to got back to this version)

4) Copy the dashtrends.php file that was downloaded in step 1 to this same directory (and overwrite the existing file)

Thank you, that worked to downgrade. However stats is still empty. I think it has something to do that invoices isnt created correctly when orders is placed. I can see the invoice below the "Documents" tab in backoffice, but its no invoice created in the order list:

At the order page no invoice icon is enabled:

But if you check at the tab documents the invoice is there:

So I cant understand why the invoice isnt created in the first two places, I think thats the problem causing it not to render stats :/

Would really appriciate any help and suggestions!
