removing "your logo" and adding drop down selections on product page

First and foremost, I am trying to figure out how to remove the "Your logo - a new experience" from my home page and replace it with my actual logo. 

 

Second, I was wondering if there is a way to add drop down menus on each individual product page to choose product attributes.

My product comes in multiple sizes and I need to make this an option.

About the logo issue, I've been strugging with it for hours. Something so simple shouldn't be so difficult. I still don't know how to change it. The link that Nemo1 posted seems to answer the question about drop down menus, not the logo issue.

 

EDIT: Ok, I managed to find how to change the logo by watching the video for Day 2. You go to Preferences > Themes, and there's the option to change the logo there. But I still don't know how to delete it entirely.

 

EDIT 2: I have a solution. I uploaded a single transparent pixel for my logo so it looks like there's nothing there at all. Take that, Prestashop.

to delete logo you have to remove it from theme file header.tpl

there is no other way to remove it from front office (remove, not hide with css)
