wide-eyed Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Installed the cross selling module, but it doesn't seem to work. I am using the default PS template. What "magic" do I have to do to get this module to work? :0 Is there a toggle in another module that has to be turned on or off? Or a tick box? Or it is dependent on an additional module? gabdara Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Try to make a test order with a few products, go to Back Office orders and change the status of the order to Delivered, then go in Front Office to one of the products that was included in the test order. Check footer and add to cart Thanks for the suggestion, but not sure what this will accomplish since we already have orders paid, shipped and delivered.
