Customers have to become a member of my site before ordering as guest checkout is not allowed. They can make one order no problem but if they attempt a second order on their registered card it says payment error. * Please see attached screen grab of an example. Dh42 Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 When you log into your payment gateway on their site, does it give a reason for declining the card? You might have to contact them to figure it out. They might throttle payments from the same card over a period of time because of fraud. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I click on the same card I used to order something on the prestashop side it just pops up saying the attached picture. Any idea? All the best.
