Speed problems = bad hosting service. You should search for another hosting provider.

You can try to activate CCC options and Cache if your server supports. Please ask your provider if on server is installed any cache system: APC Cache, xCache or memcache. If yes, you can try to activate and see if you gain speed. If not installed forget the provider and search for another.

CCC you will find on back-office -> tab "advanced parameters -> performance -> CCC (Combine, Compress and Cache) - activate all to YES. On the bottom of the same page you will find Cache for to activate - but please ask your provider before, if there is installed any of the cache systems suggested. Don't use "file system " this will slow down your page with shop increase. Besides there are sever problems with modules and the file cache system.

EDIT: Page speed test - http://www.webpagetest.org/result/150514_5X_PCX/1/details/

I have activated all those CCC, except the Smart cache for CSS, because when I enable it, I got some problems in main page, the images sizes becames bad and the menu looks terrible. What do you mean by this "First time byte problem is a problem of bad configurated servers" is it my host provider problem?

This is a bug/problem of your theme, and should be debugged by the developer

Exact what I told you: bad configured server. Most of the providers really don't know how to configure a high traffic and speedy server. They put tons of pages on a server without any load balancing by overloading them and without expert knowledge of how to manage correctly servers.

Search on the net for first time byte problem.
