blazedani Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Hi everyone, This morning after I deactivate the default cart abandonment to offer discounts something happened. I don't think is related to the module. Every time I try to open my website or go to the back office I get this message. I don't know what to do... Never had this problem before & I think i didn't do anything to get that Error. Now I can't access the website at all. Someone knows what the problem is or how to solve it? jetx Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 If your site went down after you deactivated a module I'd suspect that to be the cause. As some modules are notorious for breaking mod security rules it could be that. So you could check your domain or server logs if you have access to them, or ask your hosting to do this.
