change my domain now cant logon to site or back office

I change my domain name on my website,

 but i did not set it in the back office before i change it,

to know what the new domain is.

Now i cannot logon to my site or the back office.

How do i fix it?

You can do it from the database. In phpmyadmin, reach the ps_shop_url table, and modify as you need
