Newshound Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) Customers are complaining that if they are ordering from their ipad that they can only pay by PayPal. Is this correct ? bellini13 Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 You cannot just magically accept credit cards, you have to have a payment provider that processes them for you (Paypal accepts credit cards by the way...) If on PayPal, indeed contact PayPal to see if they can help out, as Bellini suggested. If still on your domain, can you show some screenshots with the difference between PC screen and iPad screen? Also then please add some info: - Link to your site? - What PS version? - What PayPal Module exactly (There are a few) - What PayPal module version pascal.
