daman Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 hello guys. i buy a domain and hosting and i try to install prestashop. first step i download prestashop and i put with filezilla the prestashop folders on server in public_html folder. i create a database and when i try to acces my domain to start prestashop installation it's says that the site it's on work. did i do something wrong? why the installation wont start? my server Cpanel it is Cpanel accelerated 2 model. NemoPS Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 What do you exactly mean by "On work"? Does it redirect you to the /install folder? are you sure you are accessing the correct url?
