Now I am having 5 page checkout, when I changed to one page checkout and guest checkout, it seems that my customer can not see the payment option. The message is : Please sign in to see payment methods. Now in my backed, I have checked all in Group restrictions, Visitor, guest, customer for paypal, still I need to sign in to see payment option. nutxlago Posted September 24, 2014 Share Posted September 24, 2014 Oklok, it seems you have made the right changements, so I suggest you to go to B.O. > Advance parameters > performance and disable all kinds of cache. Then, recharge F.O. and make a test. Lets us know about the result. PS needs to compile in order to show changes, that's why cache must always be disabled after a changement is done. Payment methods are based on three things 1) The customers group 2) The selected currency 3) The customers country Until you register as a guest or customer AND CLICK SAVE, the payment methods will not be displayed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
