KeywordsVideos Posted May 26, 2014 Share Posted May 26, 2014 HI there, I have a website (shop.keywordsvideos.com) and i can no longer login in to the back office, i updated prestashop, and that made my website content disappear, but its still there in the files, i am not sure what is happening, i used to be able to login about a month ago and i decided to return and no i cant login, i have made sure my password and email is correct, i also cannot use forget password as it gives me errors.. any ideas, i also have backups of the shop too.
