how to input header bar

I’m not even a developer but I tried to build my own website. I purchased TOKYO themes for prestashop but I encounter few problems. I had submitted ticket to soopathemes.co.uk but no responses at all

I want to know how to enable header bar (blue one) and the slide out box

I can’t find any module to enable or create categories on the bar

for slide out box, I already fill all the module by soopatheme but nothing comes out

please assist me. thanks

THere is little we can help you with as it's a third party module for sure. Try looking for 'bar' or 'menu' in the modules list. But ultimately, it's up to the theme creators to help you in this case
