Guest Posted March 2, 2014 Share Posted March 2, 2014 Hey guys, I'm having some major issues with Paypal right now. US Payments seem to work but Canada doesn't pass the state for some reason. L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error I have Canada set to contain states and there are states within the country that selected to be within it. I have tried Paypal 1.3.1 and it doesn't work with vouchers so it's just another problem. Paypal 3.6.2 also has the same problem as 3.5.1. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted March 27, 2014 Share Posted March 27, 2014 Hey bellini, I am trying to make a sandbox but I can't get the testing mode to work. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/315374-paypal-error-10729-prestashop-1562-paypal-365/ This guy seems to have the same problem - still with the newest version of the paypal module. I'm scared to update to newest one on my live site. Not being able to get a test environment is not ideal to keep on paying with real money.
