Paypal error 10729 Prestashop 1.5.6.2 + Paypal 3.6.5

Hi!

 

I've recently updated my prestashop to version 3.6.5 and now I'm having lots of problems with Paypal checkout.

 

I'm testing it myself and always get this error:

PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2014-03-17T14:36:26ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

I get this error while using the standard checkout and use the Guest checkout on paypal. My customers experience all problems while checking out... can someone help me please?

 

Looks like a State transfer error in the shipping address... I'm located in Canada and accept orders only from Canada.

Thanks for responding, appreciate it. Was it Post #7 on that thread that you applied? Or was at Dh42's fix (I already tried that one)?

 

If you could point me in the direction of what exactly you applied I would VERY MUCH appreciate it! I have spent wayyyy too many hours on this error code.
