TomPuja Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 Hi! I am running a web-shop on 1.5.6.1 which was updated to this version just recently (a week ago). First, I experienced some issues with Google Analytics which eventually started to work by itself (I made a transfer to Universal and reset on Google Account though, but haven't changed anything yet in BO). Today, I noticed that the web-shop cannot be reached with its main address and automatic redirect to EN language as it has several languages and EN is set as a default one. All other languages can be accessed by putting /ES /DE or other manually. Any ideas? Please help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PrestaHeroes USA Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 this is very odd, when I navigate from EEUU with browser language of en-en, i get the /en/ correctly...but I receive connection reset on ff, no data received on chrome I would turn on error reporting to see if an error is being issued via prestashop that is stopping the shop from loading /en/ another trick you can try is to back office-->preferences-->seo and url's...turn off friendly url and then turn it back on to regenerate the .htaccess file. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
