Locked out of admin panel, and shop locked

Recommended Posts

Having spent many hours building the shop www.turningpointwoodworks.com.au/e-shopping. everything was operating perfectly, then when showing the shop to the client, we can't get past the home page to any products, carts etc. the end of the url is now "id_product=16&controller=product"

and we can longer log in to admin panel, we just get 504 timeout gateway, or failed to load page.

As the shop is currently live on the clients web site, and we can't close it for maintenance, can any one out there help us with this problem. I really don't want to unistall the programme and reinstall as I have already had to do this once when the cart summary failed. Thanks in advance. Carl TBD

now getting:

This webpage has a redirect loop

when trying to log into admin panel

front end shop still locked on home page, and when any other link is clicked we get:

http://www.turningpointwoodworks.com.au/e-shopping/index.php?id_cms=4&controller=cms

hello

can you please describe what you did while uploading shop to remote ?

it looks like you forgot about change database credentials and also (probably) settings under preferences > shop & urls

also where you've got hosting account?

Thanks Nemo 1 and vekia, unistalled complete app, and deleted all MYSQL databases of the server ( crazy domains australia). This after many attempts at restoring a back up which would fail at 15% ( bad password etc)

So now we have the shop back on line, but still unable to access the admin panel to do any editing,  when I click the admin link:

http://www.turningpointwoodworks.com.au/e-shopping/dftvdiwtzm9miswu/

I get the message web has a redirect loop ( using Google Chrome 32.0.1700.14 beta)

and the url reads:

http://www.turningpointwoodworks.com.au/e-shopping/dftvdiwtzm9miswu/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=d117ac8c04826a249ca32f8726de1073&redirect=AdminHome

and all links within the shop are still inoperable ... just get controller id's at the end of the end which changes dependant on which product is selected, links to external pages ( home page web site and Facebook) work OK

could you have a look at

www.turningpointwoodworks.com.au/e-shopping

to see if there is anything obvious. This is my first use of presta shop and the first time using crazy domains ( the customer service sucks --- many many comments on FB twitter etc)

thanks so much in advance guys, at least we haven't lost all the work that was put into building the shop with items, just looks like I need to "unlock" something.

cheers

Carl TBD
