Enable SSL

I can't enable SSL in Version 1.5.4.1 - There is no option to select yes.

 

My provider does allow SSL -  I don't want to buy their expensive SSL and would like to get my own.

 

All I see is:

 

Enable SSL

Please click here to use HTTPS protocol before enabling SSL.

 

 Any ideas?
