Multistore tree empty

I have installed version 1.5.5.0 enabled multistore and created a group.  The Multistore tree is empty  When I try to add a shop I get an error;

Can you try turning on errors as described in my signature and reloading the page?

Hi Nemo,

I turned on errors nothing.  I deleted my shop from the website reinstalled still no tree.  I created a second shop.  Primary url is http://www.piercetactical.com/ second shop is http://www.piercetactical.com/agun4you/ if I go to this url I get page not found.  The only way I can see this shop in advanced/paramaters/multistore is to click on add new shop and then click go back to list.  I am so frustrated, why is Prestashop so hard?

Note: after you deleted and re-installed, you will need to turn error reporting back on
