tuk66
You wrote nothing! Can you publish an URL, screen shots, some detail explanation?
kenkokafe
Sorry this is just a moan. it appears that there are issues with the iframes. I am trying to contact my hosting provider to change the domain to the server but they are not keen as I bought it through another provider and they are being an arse. I am finding difficult to put a simple shop up and running. sorry just crying out loud.
vekia
any chance to test your website? it is really hard to say what's going on there without access to the website. screens will be also heplfull, exactly as tuk66 suggested if you use ssl certificate it should be related to unsecured contents displayed in the iframes. kenkokafe
Well I had some answers in a topic related to cart being empty. The site is spanishfinewine.co.uk and the are issues with cart and PayPal. But if you use the decobal.com/vtienda2013/gb Then these errors don't appear. vekia
decobal.com/vtienda2013/gb is wrong url, you should use url like decobal.com/vtienda2013/gb/ with "/" at the end
kenkokafe
yeah that was just forgot as i answered on the fone. i believe some of the problems i am experiencing, which make my life very difficult, are related to redirectioning. this was clearer after benjamine posted this: Well, actually somebody must have, because you are actually loading your website in an Iframe. The original website is here http://decobal.com/vtienda2013/gb/ Did you not know this? hmm Well the fact is, PayPal does not allow payments to be done through an Iframe so you would need to find an alternative solution. I just tried with your "other" main URL and everything worked fine. Unlike Benjamin Utterback • Community Manager • PrestaShop http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/249581-add-to-cart-not-working/page-3?do=findComment&comment=1367256 on this topic. I am trying to get my server provider to change the main domain to spanishfinewine.co.uk but they dont want. and i do not know how to do it using the cpanel, i even dont know if it can be done really.
