I can't access Amdin panel

I entered Admin Login page, input my email and my password.

 

Then it came back to login page again. It's an endless loop...

 

I had cleared browser's cache and cookies. I was using Firefox.

I had removed all files from smarty/compile andsmarty/cache

I had Checked PS_SHOP_DOMAIN and PS_SHOP_DOMAIN_SSL in ps_configuration table

mySQL version: 5.5.33

 

What is the problem? How can I fix it ?

open browser console log, maybe there you will see additional messages, for example - about script errors

I have the same problem. It's so bad that they give us a version in bad state.

i don't think so that this is issue related to all prestashop installations, many of merchants here hasn't got this issue, I also. So we need a little more information about matter of problem, logs etc.

Browser didnt report any errors in console.

 

Maybe I should try an earlier version of psshop. I did't counter this problem a month ago on the other PC but I forget the version I was using.

I can access with the domain of my hosting. Doodmideweb.factoriadigital......com

 

But if I use my google domain: www.comercialandalucia.es all fails.

I think i've found whats wrong here. It's the enviroment I had deployed. I used to config apache and php myself.

This time, I tried to use WAMP and put PSshop on it. It works perfectly now.

i happened with me too a lot of times ,,in this case i use to open with internet explorer and then go to Mozilla>try login>it will still remain in the same page>clear cache>and then login

I cant access at mozilla. I use lisanse.php and try at chrome and I entered at chrome. I changed my password at admin panel. But still I cant access at Mozilla.

if you go in  the Back Office via a bookmark you have a url  like this:

 

www.dommian.com/adimn/index.php?controller=AdminDashboard&token=d8f8c8b8888ef88888aa8e8d88f8b8

 

delelte all after the ?

press enter

 

PS re-make a good token 

 

you must re-create you bookmark

I try different way. I read a article a site then I deleted all demo user, product, waiting order etc. now I can access at mozilla too.  İts related or not related this situation I havent any idea.
