ristretto6 Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 Hi, there. is there any way I can see what a theoretical customer sees once they place an order, i.e. the confirmation message and what it looks like on the screen, without actually placing an official order myself? petera Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 I cant check for sure as my hosting service has just done some upgrades and I cant get to have a look at the ps files and having just had to replace my computer I dont have a copy of ps on it. Anyway I believe there is a folder named mail or email that contains html and .tpl files that act as templates for the email confirmations. You can modify them in there. Sorry I cant be more specific. I hope to reinstall a copy of ps on my desktop over the weekend so if you havent sorted things by then send me a pm and I will try and help.
