Load looks like Infinite loop

My eshop load very very slow, looks like Infinite loop,

If i don't give up ,it will open about 5-10 minutes later,

My test version are in the same server,

But open it very fast,

I have copy the test version's files and database to the office version.

I don't know where is the bug,

Can anyone advise me how to sovle this problem.

Is it a clear or updated version?

Was it working before something in particular?

Prestashop version?

Only 48 products,but multistore, 3 stores

I haven't updated ,version isPrestaShop™ 1.5.4.0

 

It works fine after i copy the database and files from test version

but about 1-2 hours later ,it can't open , i haven't do any operate

and I can open the backoffice, sometimes can't open.

Could be a caching issue. So the site stops running after a few hours? Are you on a dedicated server?

I use a Standalone server，i don't understand why our test version can open fast, the same databases and files.

Is it working if you copy over files OR database only? It seems to be caching related at this point. How many visits per hour?

if i use the old database and new files, it works fine, but i am not sure it will slow again sometimes later.

This is a new site ,not too many visits.

But can't open the backoffice now, very slow

so it's a caching problem. Make it work, then login to the back office and go to advanced parameters->performance. Post a screen of the whole page here

In ciphering, try using blowfish, then go to cache/smarty/compile end empty the folder keeping only index.php

When i disable the paypay,it load fast,when enable paypal ,it can't open again,there must be some problem on paypal plugin.
