babyewok Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 My client has PS 1.3.2 and Paypal 1.7.1. Just recently they had a customer complaim that PayPal had taken their money but thatteh order was never received. When they logged into their account on the store, there was no order. I checked and I can see that a cart was indeed created, but no order placed. Why did the order nto complete properly on PS? Previous and past PayPal payments have gone through OK, but who knows how many 'failed' orders have slipped through un-noticed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
