The first thing is the login form looks wrong and when I log in the boxes and menu structure are all over the place! What has happened? Do you used installation package from http://prestashop.com page? can you paste here code with <head></head> section? and take some screenshots? I have redone the install again and the back office seems to have fixed itself but the login screen is still shocking. All the css and js in the head is referenced properly.
