soohan Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 1 of my customer keep getting this error A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-08-20T19:00:58Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error He have entered the same address in my website with the paypal address. The problem is, prestashop automatically make the state of the customer uppercase and causes the address unmatch. But only he is facing this problem. Any solution? This is simply an Address Error from PayPal because it does not recognize the Address. Is there anyway I could reproduce the error? What is different about this one customer from the others?
