francisn Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 Yes I got the same message, but from what else was written gather that a cookie is set the first time a viewer clicks on the check box.Does anyone know if that way of working satisifies the legal requirement (certainly here in the UK) that accepting the terms and conditions must be a positive action?
