A problem with one html menu

i have a prestashop web.The adress is www.papelpintado.asia.Now is running correct but i have a final problem.

With the html menu in the top of the page the funtion "accont go out" not run.

In the direction bar can see:http://www.papelpintado.asia/?mylogout,and the page is blocked.

 

Is there any solution? I know that the solution is to remove the menu html but I prefer not removing it

you might want to turn display_errors on and see if there is a message to help...

 

using ftp, get config/config.inc.php\

edit with notepad or another editor

to
@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

I find more than this issue on your site, when I put something in the cart and click confirm, I get what appears to be your template header followed by a blank page. yoururl/order.php?step=1

 

This would in my opinion (guess) appear to be an issue with your template. You should contact your template provider.

But is a free template,the html menu is done for my.

 

When I change the theme the problem it continues there

 

And i not a expert webmaster,i am the shop seller.

maybe search for similar problem using that template name.

I found lots of reports on this forum concerning this template, but never a fix.

 

from the back office make your ps supplied template default and then see if the errors go away...

 

if so then you need to address this with the developer.

 

also please post your ps version.

I believe that the problem can be in classes/coockie.php.

How can i contact the developer of the theme matrice?, it is a theme free

you must have downloaded from somewhere...start there..but also search this forum as the developer posted the free theme on here...there are like 200 forum posts, I know because I went through them looking for a solution to your problem...now I must take a siesta...will check in with later
