B@ndit
I just downloaded and installed filter-search-21-community-e module, and neglected to see if it was compatible with my version of Prestashop... I am regretting that just about now... It installed successfully but now when I go to MODULES, theres none there... screenshot attached Ive sent a message to the module developer and am waiting on a reply. My Prestashop version is PrestaShop™ 1.4.5.1 Just wondering if there's a fast way to remove this module and get things back to the way they were, or will I need a time machine? thanks in advance Steven
Mike Kranzler
Hi B@ndit, This is an issue with the maximum amount of memory a script can consume on your server. Please call your host and ask them to increase the limit, and that should resolve your issue. I hope this helps. -Mike
tomerg3
You should delete the module using ftp from the /modules folder. I don't believe they have a free version of that module for PS 1.4. There are other filter modules that are compatible with PS 1.4, you can check out the addons store, or try http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/118467-module-ajax-filter-ajax-based-filter-using-price-supplier-man-category-feature-attribute/
B@ndit
Mike, not sure this really explains why my modules have gone (from backend) I went to /modules/coremanager/modules/filtersearch and renamed this to see if it had an effect, it didint, seems my modules under the PAYMENT tab are also gone.... I opened the filter-search-21-community-e module zip file and the folder inside is called coremanager so I ftp'd into site and deleted this folder and everything has been restored..... Thanks for all the help. Steven
Pope
Installed PrestaShop for the first time (3 times) and am pulling hair. Have the same problem, and Home Text Editor does not work either.
tomerg3
Turn on error reporting, that should give you a clue into what is going on. /config/config.inc.php line #

tomerg3
You need to have at least 64mb of RAM, it looks like your server has about 16 or less, contact your host and ask them to increase it to 64, or find a better host.
