If customer orders products and then pays for shipping but then changes their mind and wishes to collect, how can I refund just the shipping? bullywug Posted October 20, 2012 Share Posted October 20, 2012 Hi guys, I have the same problem. It hasn't come up yet but I know it will as soon as a customer wants a refund. I know I can go to PayPal and institute the refund, in fact as far as I'm aware this is the only way to do it. The problem is that I have no way to reflect a refund on shipping in the back office. I would be happy to pay for a module to do this if the price is reasonable but of course, if there's a solution that's even better.
