imoran
Yesterday I tried to upgrade to the new version of PrestaShop as I wanted to use some of the new features. Unfortunately things went wrong and since I can't afford to loose sales, I decided to get the old working version back running again instead. I had previously downloaded all the PrestaShop files (using ftp) and exported the database (using php myadmin). However, when I uploaded the old files and then tried to look at the site, I get the following error: Invalid loadTaxZones() SQL query! This is the url: http://www.maloneycontactlenses.co.uk I'd really appreciate some help please. I run a very small company and can't afford for my site to be down. Many thanks, Iain. bellini13
there is certainly not enough information to know what the issue is, but a few things to check are 1) ensure you restored your backup correctly 2) ensure the settings.inc.php is pointing to the correct database 3) ensure you completely removed all the new prestashop files, and uploaded the exact same version of your old prestashop. if you would like to hire me to correct the issue, you can send me a PM and we can discuss the details.
