Problem with friendly URL (Missing category ID)

Hi,

i have little problem with prestashop. I upgrade to 1.4.3. I have problem with friendly url with products in one category (all other working great) and subcategories.

All products on subcategories dont work. i getting error: Missing category ID.
If i turn off friendly url, all products work fine. if i turn it on, all products in this category and subcategories getting error. I try to regenerate .htaccess, but i still have this problem. Can somebody help?

can somebody help? i uprade shop to 1.4.4 and problem is still here. i also try to make new category and add products to this, but problem is live. i also try to copy products and new products have problem also.

Have you cleared your smarty cache?

Hello, can you post the URI of your category here ? If think you have numbers in the begining of your category name.

try to go "Back Office>Preferences>SEO & URLs" and make sure all the pages have the url-rewrite, also in each languages, If you have leave blank any url-rewrite field then it will not show in friendly-url option.

 

Also make sure the same issue in your category page, i mean go admin> catalog and edit all your category and check does it have url-rewrite in all languages.

 

Please note that you can write anything on url-rewrite like e.g. category ABC URL-REWRITE will be category-a-b-c, do not insert any space, and make all small letter.

 

After this re-generate .htaccess file, and make Smarty compile force = YES.
