charliebay2 Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 Hello,I tried to add new topic regarding my problem with prestashop 1.4 update and since I clicked SUBMIT button I can only see not some CNN article about spam that goes to jail, article is from 2009 year... is that mean your site has been hacked or something? Because of it's stupidity, my account has been blocked now and I had to create another one. I did not even paste any links, just wanted to find a solution for my problem. Why you won't consider any other spam solution? When I saw redirection to CNN website I was sure your website has been hacked or something. Can you please PM me with the content of what you tried to post so that I can run some tests and determine what is happening in your post? I've spent a good deal of time reconfiguring the various spam filters based on spam trends here on the forums, and if your post just said TV and/or video games, you should not have this sort of issue. I don't have the original message anymore, but I'm pretty sure I have just removed the words TV and Video Games from the topic and title as well. Understood, and I will look into this for you because while we've had other issues in the past relating to our fight to combat spammers on the forums, this is something I was not aware of.
