backend login 500 error at cloudways

I installed Prestashop 8.2 (clean installation) on cloudways servers. I faced 2 issues

1- Frontend was at maintenance mode just after installation

2- Backend was not accessible. Internal Server Error 500

First I disabled the maintenance mode from Database, as I am not able to login at backend. Than I opened a ticket to clodways.

And they returned me telling that is prestashop error below.

How can I fix that pls ?

Hi,

Hope this finds you well, We checked the issue and identified due the following error the issue occurs

[2024-01-26 00:09:24] request.CRITICAL: Exception thrown when handling an exception (Symfony\Component\Translation\Exception\InvalidArgumentException: Invalid "it-IT" locale. at /home/402829.cloudwaysapps.com/kebkxtrhya/public_html/vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/Translation/Translator.php line 512) {"exception":"[object] (Symfony\\Component\\Translation\\Exception\\InvalidArgumentException(code: 0): Invalid \"it-IT\" locale. at /home/402829.cloudwaysapps.com/kebkxtrhya/public_html/vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/Translation/Translator.php:512)"} []

Could you please verify the following with the help of your developer:

Verify that the locale "it-IT" is correctly configured in your PrestaShop settings. This typically involves checking the language and regional settings within the PrestaShop admin panel.

Ensure that Symfony's translation component is properly configured to support the "it-IT" locale. This may involve checking configuration files within your PrestaShop installation or any custom Symfony configuration files you may have.

If you're using an older version of Symfony, consider updating to a newer version. Compatibility issues with locales and other components may have been addressed in newer releases.

Ok 2 things,

First, where did that installation come from?
What does the line 512 say?

thank you for your reply

- I have dowloaded official zip form prestashop.com

- The line 512 under "/public_html/vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/Translation/translator.php" is like below

throw new InvalidArgumentException(sprintf('Invalid "%s" locale.', $locale));

Try a version below that, on where you are not have the obligation to test the newest install candidate.

Complex new version often have childhood diseases.

You might be luck to repair that with the help of:

No unfortunately that is not my case .

Any other opinion pls ?
