Another Error 500 during first install on install theme part

Hello,

I got the following error during the last step of the installation.

I checked the log on my server and I found this log:
GET /eshop/install/index.php?installTheme=true&_=1697301401731 error 500

I tried with Prestashop 8.1.1 et 8.1.2 and I got the same error.

Can you help me please?

With a .zip

I upload the files on my server

Then I'll go in my site. It install prestashop then I have some configuration about terms, database connection etc and at the end I have this error

Out of curiosity, the zip downloaded from Prestashop or the one from Github?

Ok, it's strange, I would think it's the server, for asking what is the name of your hosting company? (don't tell me ionos)

When you are at this point the files are unzipped. So you can go to /config/defines.inc.php and enable debug mode.

After that you can click "clicking here" to restart the installation process. 

Maybe debug mode will give a more enlightening explanation.
