board house Posted October 9, 2023 Share Posted October 9, 2023 Hi guys. Although everythings normal on my main account, i cant log on a employer account, since like, a week ago or something. I havent change my password, and that never happened. When my coworker try to get on the backoffice, they got redirected by a new prestashop auth, so i think this change caused this. What I mean is that the page of login has changes. I, myself, didnt update anything. musicmaster Posted October 9, 2023 Share Posted October 9, 2023 This is the Prestashop's ps_accounts module. It tries to log you into Prestashop.com first. Try clicking "connect with another method". Zohaib-fk Posted October 9, 2023 Share Posted October 9, 2023 Hi, The "connect with another method" will work as a normal login to the back office, I had used a similar feature in past, and it allows me to log in using a PS account in the back office.
