Which version of PrestaShop you are using is needed because it helps developer to help. 1.6.x and 1.7.x code base is different

my shop is currently in maintenance mode

Use the inspect function of your browser to find the CSS selector of the column and increase it's width in your themes custom.css file

and set limit how many user are able to view the site. Then give the url. Community user can click the url and check your site and give you solution
