Wolfax23 Posted February 8, 2022 Share Posted February 8, 2022 Hello! I recently changed the website server and a problem appeared afterwards. I'm using Prestashop version 1.16.1.15 and when I want to add a new picture/video to the cms page, I get the "error 404". This also happens when I want to add a size guide chart to the products, basicly anything that requires accessing the files through files manager. I attached the screenshots with the errors too. Also check the upload file which called by the PrestaShop file manager. is exits in the folder.
