Antti1 Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 We have Prestashop version 1.7.8.3 in use. We had a problem when updatting from version 1.7.8.0 up. At our backoffice we are unable to update prices, products, pictures or product information any shop at our multistore shops of 3 shops. We can not even see the product pictures. Different products an all shops with separate product ID. At the moment PHP at server is 7.4.27. We can see two (2 ) invalid entities at Query metrics and these problems refer to problems with cataloque. Giving 2 mapping errors . When we are trying open any product at our back office, we get the following message: Unexpected character "'" in "__string_template__ada7e62d43ad4f447817a4753d0d67e94fe7c3a6ca7a01f0a968f43507d1a042" at line 1.
